Before registering for the 2009 conference, please read the following conditions carefully

Early bird registration fees are open until 15th July 2009.

Refunds are possible under the following conditions:

  • 100% refund is possible in the case of a withdrawal before 15th August 2009
  • No refund is possible after 15th August 2009
  • A registration withdrawal is final.
In order to ask for a refund, you will need to fax your bank account details to the local organizing committee. Details can be obtained by contacting afls2009@unine.ch
You are liable for all taxes and banking charges in relation to any refund.

Early bird conference fees in Swiss francs:
AFLS members

  • Standard fees: CHF 100.-
  • Reduced fees (students and unwaged): CHF 80.-
Non-members of AFLS
  • Standard fees: CHF 190.-
  • Reduced fees (students and unwaged): CHF 170.-
Late registration (from 15th July - 15th August will be CHF 30.- higher.

Non-members can pay the member fee by joining AFLS.

On the 2009 conference registration form, simply tick the "Join AFLS" option and select the appropriate AFLS member fee.

Information about AFLS membership and fees including details of the advantages of being a member (such as a subscription to the Journal of French Language Studies, CUP) and the membership form, can be found on the AFLS website: www.afls.net/join

Please note that the conference fee includes all coffees as well as lunch for 3rd and 4th Sept.
